Thank you all for participating and providing input at our Filing 2 community open houses. This process has helped lead us to the decision to begin working with Weld County on a new "South 92 Filing 2" submittal.
The South 92 concept is available here for viewing and download. It includes 92 lots averaging 2.52 acres south of Filing 1, as well as a second point of access to WCR 39 and two Filing 1 road connections for improved community and emergency vehicle access and connectivity.

In response to input received at the March 24 Community Open House, REI has updated concepts for the north and south new Filing 2 options:
In response to input received at the March 24 Community Open House, REI has updated concepts for the north and south new Filing 2 options:
North: Better respects topography. Includes potential road connections to the north and east. Can be built in phases - for example an early phase in the western portion can connect to WCR 39 and later phases show possible connections to WCR 38 and 41 1/2.

South: Better respects topography and reduces overlot grading. Street pattern and lot layout better reflect community values - no long straight streets with rows of lots. Can also be built in phases. The 40 lot concept below is an example of a potential South phase.

Both concepts have ample land available for future community amenities. Lot sizes in both concepts are similar to lot sizes in Filing 1.
